This policy explains what L & M Party and Events (“we”, “us”) collects through our online quoting tool, why, and the choices you have.
We use your email only for messages about your quote and booking. We will not add you to a marketing list without your separate permission.
Stripe: Deposit payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. Your card details go to Stripe and are not stored on our servers. Stripe’s checkout page may set its own cookies. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
LocationIQ: To suggest addresses and calculate delivery distance, the street address text you type into the delivery fields is sent to LocationIQ as you type, before you submit the form. See LocationIQ’s Privacy Policy.
Google Fonts: This page loads its fonts from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Email delivery: Our email provider transmits your quote and confirmation messages.
The quote page does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or cross-site tracking. Our anonymous usage statistics are kept in our own system, not shared with any third party, and are not collected if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers described above who help us run the quoting and payment process, and when the law requires it.
We keep quote and order records for as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes, generally up to seven years. Anonymous usage statistics are deleted after 13 months.
Information is stored in our access-controlled CRM system and sent over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (subject to records we must legally keep). Email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time, generally within 45 days.
This quoting tool is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we change this policy we will update the “Last updated” date above.

Items are rented for a set period and must be used only for their intended purpose. Any use outside the agreed rental period or for purposes other than intended must be arranged in advance with LM Party Events.
The Renter is responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of rented items during the rental period. All items must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs will be determined solely by LM Party Events based on the extent of damage or loss incurred.
Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment for the rental is required before or at the time of delivery. Cancellations made after the deposit is paid do not entitle the Renter to a refund of the deposit.
