• Event details including dates and rental items
• Delivery address (if provided)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To prepare and send your event quote
• To contact you about your booking
• To process your deposit payment via Stripe
• To calculate delivery distance using LocationIQ mapping services

3. Third-Party Services

Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Your card information is never stored on our servers. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

LocationIQ: If you request delivery, your event address is sent to LocationIQ to calculate distance. See LocationIQ's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

Your information is stored securely in our CRM system and retained for business record-keeping purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Period & Use

Items are rented for a set period and must be used only for their intended purpose. Any use outside the agreed rental period or for purposes other than intended must be arranged in advance with LM Party Events.

2. Responsibility

The Renter is responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of rented items during the rental period. All items must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs will be determined solely by LM Party Events based on the extent of damage or loss incurred.

3. Payment & Cancellation

Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment for the rental is required before or at the time of delivery. Cancellations made after the deposit is paid do not entitle the Renter to a refund of the deposit.
